Always hate to be wrong making bad decisions... How many right decisions can be made when there is no action? Years ago my ex-boss told me this:

To a Old Friend Fear of making wrong decision is the fear of taking risk. Never fear of making wrong decision, only fear of not admitting and not learning from it. Experience is gain from both good and bad decision. Never repeat making the same wrong decision.
